On June 13, 2014, the new Consumer Rights Directive for the European Union comes into effect.
In order to ensure that your online store is compliant with the latest legal regulations regarding the right of cancellation, you must update some information about your store.
To make these important changes, simply log into your website and click Settings > Store > Settings and update your contact information. We’ll provide this information to your customers if they choose to exercise their right of cancellation. Using this information, we’ll also produce a cancellation form that your customers can access in the footer of your website.
